At Classmaster, we understand the importance of a smooth, seamless experience across all your devices. That’s why we’ve added a new feature to help you resync and reset your data whenever you need it. Here’s how to use these tools to keep Classmaster running smoothly and in sync across all your devices.


Why Resync and Reset?


Using Classmaster on multiple devices is convenient, but sometimes data doesn’t sync perfectly, or minor bugs can appear after an update. Our new resync and reset options allow you to quickly resolve these issues, so you can get back to learning without interruption.


How to Use the Resync Feature


If you notice that your data hasn’t synced across devices, simply:

  1. Go to your account and find the Resync button.

  2. Click Resync to allow the system to refresh your data in the backend.

This feature ensures all your classes and progress are consistent across devices.


How to Reset Your Data


For more persistent issues, a data reset can help by clearing cached information. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Cookies and Site Data in your device settings.

  2. Find Manage Site Data and delete any stored data related to Classmaster.

  3. Reload Classmaster and sign in again for a fresh start.

This reset can resolve minor bugs and is a helpful step to ensure smooth functionality.
